The acronym R.A.I.N. – Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture – comes from Tara Brach (@tarabrach) and her book “Radical Compassion”. This, my friends, is my new favorite tool for processing unwanted feelings. R.A.I.N is the answer to the question: “How can I love myself out of my way today?”
